Key Responsibilities
- Develop the crop-protection business within the assigned territory
- Work with distributors, dealers and agricultural customers
- Create demand for agricultural products
- Understand local crop and pest conditions
- Support sales and marketing activities
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and R&D teams
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Agriculture or M.Sc. Agriculture
- 2–3 years of experience in crop-protection or agrochemical sales
- Knowledge of crop and pest dynamics
- Good understanding of the local agricultural market
- MS Office knowledge
- Strong communication and customer-management skills
