The TYGER–India Khelo Football trials were conducted in Davanagere on August 2 as part of a Karnataka-wide talent-identification programme. The trials, organised with KSFA-accredited Karunadu Football Club, were open to boys and girls born between 2009 and 2016 and were designed to connect promising grassroots players with professional football opportunities. India Khelo Football later published the Davanagere results, naming several boys and one girl who were selected to move forward. Successful players can progress toward further assessment and possible exposure to scouts associated with Karnataka-based ISL and I-League clubs and football academies.
